Today our journey continues to //Huab Under Canvas as we pass through small towns and farming communities towards the rocky outcrops of the stunning landscapes of Damaraland. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure before for sundowners around the campfire.

Situated in the //Huab Conservancy, the area is largely sparse semi-arid mountainous savanna, with wooded river valleys separating hills and plains and boasting some of the most magnificent views in Damaraland. With a number of natural springs providing water throughout the year, the area is home to desert adapted elephant, black rhino and general plains game, including kudu, giraffe, springbok, oryx, klipspringer and steenbok, as well as predators such as cheetah, leopard, spotted and brown hyena.
